Growth Through Design
I didn’t get into art school because they said I was “too old.” I was 14. But that "no" only made my love for drawing and creativity stronger. I joined a free local art class, and later I went to an art college to study design. That time was full of passion, learning, and fighting for my place in the world.
I started working as a designer when I was 19, and since then, I’ve never wanted to quit. Design has always been my true passion.
Now, I’m a Senior Product Growth Designer. I work closely with product and marketing teams to improve key business metrics. I love what I do. Talking with product managers over coffee about how we can grow revenue, digging into Amplitude, and finding new ideas - all of this gives me energy. I enjoy being responsible for results and helping the business grow.
Outside of work, I love reading detective novels, solving crosswords, and pulling tarot cards.
Growth Mindset
I’m not afraid of making mistakes. I see them as a way to learn and grow faster. I believe progress comes through real experience.
Lean Process
I like to move fast and stay flexible. I test ideas quickly and avoid wasting time, so I can learn what works as soon as possible.
Resourceful
I believe in the importance of honesty and openness, even when it may be difficult or uncomfortable.
Business Sense
I understand how the business works and always think about how design can help the product grow and improve key metrics.
Product Thinking
I don’t just design nice screens. I create useful solutions that bring real value to both users and the business.
Communication
I enjoy working with different teams: marketing, developers, product managers. I can share my ideas clearly and listen to others with respect.
